Returns & Exchanges

At ReadyWise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
